@Ryanair I've bought 40kg worth of luggage for my flight, and I've been told that I have to bring it in 2 seperate suitcases, is this true? If so, I'm struggling to understand why this is the case?

Hi Chloe, you can pool the weight between two bags. LR

I only have one suitcase though, so am I ok to have up to 40kg in one?

Unfortunately no bag can weigh more than 32kg. LR

If one suitcase weighs more than 20kg, am I going to get charged, despite having paid for 40kg? My one suitcase won't exceed 32, but will exceed 20, but as I've paid for more than 20kg, I'd rather not pay the penalty fee as well
