I am truly in shock. Reply to my claim says no compensation/reimbursement is due because Ryanair "organised surface transportation to the original destination". This is just not true!!! We were told no buses could be arranged and that we must get taxis - which would be reimbursed

This is the most outrageous lie I can imagine. The cabin crew came on the loud speaker, apologised that after 30mins of waiting Ryanair had failed to organise buses, and told us we would have to get taxis and be reimbursed. Nothing was arranged!!! It's simply not true!
