@Ryanair yesterday you've disappointed me.
Me and 10 plus people missed our flight, because of sheer incompetence in directing your customers to the right gates.
One person can get it wrong, even two or three people, but ten plus people ? Please! Thoughts?

I have and it's taking you guys a fair amounts of time to come back to me. It's truly unfair, after years of faithfully flying with you guys, I have a holiday ruined, that was planned months in advance, by lack of organising on your part.
