My wife claimed for 2 cases which were ruined on your @Ryanair flight from Palma to Newcastle. We went to the baggage department at Newcastle showed then the damage, then went through the process. This was on 13th April and we’ve still had no reply of yourselves.

@Ryanair are we any further forward with my claim you were looking into. I have sent you everything asked of me. I’m away on holiday in the few weeks and could really do with new cases for it.
