@Ryanair Flight FR2152 has been delayed for more than 2hrs now! We have been moved twice to different gates/stairwells, with no updates and no access to food/water in a very hot airport. Absolutely appalling service!!

Thanks for the reply and link. We're now back in the departure lounge and told the flight will be at 7pm. Due to delay, how do we exercise our right to get hold of food vouchers, please?
