Hello @Ryanair. friends waiting in baggage hall. Plane landed 30 mins ago. Been told Bags are going to be another 15 mins. One ladies bag is missing and they’ve told her she has to come back to the airport to collect it. No apology on Plane for 9.5 hr delay

For the ppl involved it’s not so much the claim form. It’s the fact no one mentioned 5 hr (and then longer delay). Or felt like they could be bothered to do anything about it. In Bergamo or stanstead
