@Ryanair booked flights and car hire with you for family holiday in Italy starting Saturday only to receive an email yesterday telling me that you don't have a car for me. Any chance that you can get this sorted? Over 24 hrs and still no info!!

For some reason they have refunded €603 to my credit card. Not sure why, couldn't really understand the girls explanation. Wanted to take it back now even though it won't hit my card for a few days. Told them no, not until next Tuesday.

To be honest as we fly tomorrow this was the last bloody thing I needed. Not only did they not have the first vehicle I had booked, the 2nd vehicle they offered me a 9 seat Mercedes Vito wasn't avaible but no-one had told me!

If I didn't ring today would I even have found out that we had no vehicle before landing at the desk in Ciampino tomorrow morning and finding we had no car.
