@Ryanair our flight (FR6544 1st July 22:55pm) has just been cancelled and we have been offered no alternative flight. Your helpline tells us noone is available and directs us to webchat, which is also down. Any idea what we do? Compensation to help with the cost of getting home?
Hi, we apologise for any inconvenience caused due to the flight cancellations. All customers affected have been notified and can self-serve online by choosing a refund or a free move. AG

Your platform for rebooking new flights isn't working though. All day we were unable to book or even see if there were other flights, and couldn't get hold of any form of customer service to speak to you about it and see if there were even flights available on Sun/Mon.
