@Ryanair Hi there, just booked a flight for my 15 year old daughter and then realized in the online checkin that you can not enter an age under 16. Any suggestions how I can handle this?

Hi there, the booking reference is R1D67D and the name of the person flying is Carlotta Schaal. She will become 16 during her stay in the UK (that is between outbound and return flight), so it is really a matter of days... I really hope that she is able to fly! Thanks, Markuspic.twitter.com/f2zhXw7oOG

Hi Marcus, Carlotta will not be allowed to fly on her own if she is 15 years old. She must be 16 years old to travel alone. LR

Hi there, is it possible to find an accompanying person right on the spot, during check-in for example. I (as a parent) could give him/ her a written declaration of consent that Carlotta is allowed to travel with him/ her. Would that work? Thanks, Markus

Hi Markus, no she must travel with an adult over the age of 16 and a cross reference must be done at least a day in advance. LR
