@Ryanair my flight has been delayed 5 hours and I read we should be given vouchers for food and drinks yet this hasn’t happened. What would you advise? I’m hungry and I don’t want to get hangry

Your customer service department is an absolute disgrace. You’ve confirmed sending a compensation cheque but to the WRONG address, which we’ve emailed about and called yet no one over the phone can help and we have to wait at least 7 days (as standard) for a reply to an email?
