Booking ref is MQG3SF. It is the cancelled return flight FR2150 we are querying. Outgoing flight FR2152 was delayed by 5.5hrs - compensation recd, thanks. But the comp. for cancelled flight is much less than delayed flight. Is this correct? We are claiming for 2 people. Thank you

Still no response... compensation claim originally submitted on 1 June & no reply since 6 June. Cheque received but we will not cash until our we have had a response re the amount. Would appreciate a reply from someone!!! Thank you
