Worst experience EVER booking a flight with @Ryanair: they made it impossible to use gift codes on the website, then stole them when I tried to book via app and finally made me wait for 20 mins on their chat for then closing it while i was on the line. Shame on you I'm disgusted.

BVC9XJ is the booking reference. I was able to made the booking calling in this morning after 30 mins on the phone. Now I can see from the receipt that only one of the two vouchers has been applied to the booking but your customer service says the contrary.

What I know is that I ended up paying 170 euros for a flight that should have cost me much much less. I don't know if you applied only one code or if the price went up in the meantime but both alternatives are unacceptable as this was cause by your mistake.
