@Ryanair my elderly mum tried to book a flight online last week and has only just realised she booked it for 3 days not 1 month and 3 days. Is there any chance she can change it without charging prohibitive fees? Anyone know if there is anything she can do @MoneySavingExp ?

So my pensioner mother makes a mistake and buys the wrong item, attempts to request an exchange and you will only do it charging her £35 (more than the original cost) - and then you have no discretion to do anything on a key customer service channel. Doesn’t sound good
