Still no word from @Ryanair. Worst customer service ever. At least have dignity to answer and give info during problematic. Customers are not unreasonable but communication is THE most important thing.

Not at all acceptable really
@Ryanair. My fiancée was told delay in departure lounge, then passed into tunnel where she waited for 30 minutes with no info updates. (Why were they not brought back through to lounge?). Then got on plane, more delay with no announcements. 2 hr+delayThanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
