@Ryanair Hi, I flew with you today and I now have a damaged lock on my bag meaning I can’t get into it. Apparently I had to report it to you at the airport, but I had 2 mins to get the bus to catch the last train due to rail strike. Help?

So today (Tuesday) is my last of the 7 days to file a case about my broken lock on my luggage. I’ve been tweeting you since I got back and it takes you 2 or 3 days to respond. PLEASE can you AT LEAST respond?!
