@Ryanair Was contacted regarding my refund for a cancelled flight & a customer service agent (incorrectly) claimed my travel receipt for transfer to a different airport didn't have destination details on it. Now silence for 2 weeks. No phone number to chase, how do I follow up?

Your phone line terminates the call after holding me in a queue for only 2 or 3 minutes and no agents are ever available on your live chat. How am I supposed to contact your company?
