@Ryanair every time I try to book a flight I get a message saying "unfortunately we could not process your booking at this time" - and the price keeps going up and you don't answer your phones and your live chat is unavailable!! What should I do??!!

Yes please! I even had the phone hung up on me earlier after I finally managed to get through! I asked if I could book on the phone because the website isn't working and was told that would cost me another 20 Euros - even though I cannot book on the site! How can you help me?
