Due to our @Ryanair flight being cancelled 2 days before flying and having to arrive at another airport where our car hire isn’t, I now feel so unorganised and stressed. ARGGGGHHHHHHH.

We didn’t book our car hire through yourselves and can’t change it for anywhere under three times the price. As we are having the fly to an alternative airport, can we claim a refund for the taxi price?
