Hi @Ryanair, family holiday booked for next week but partner can’t travel due to illness. Mum has offered to take place and help with baby but you’re asking for a £115 fee. I’ve had no response from your customer services team. Please can you help given extenuating circumstances?

Hi, no luck unfortunately, I’m being told if there is a name change then the fee cannot be waived and there would be no refund of any sort. Surely a little kindess and good customer service should be shown given the circumstances?
