Hi @Ryanair, family holiday booked for next week but partner can’t travel due to illness. Mum has offered to take place and help with baby but you’re asking for a £115 fee. I’ve had no response from your customer services team. Please can you help given extenuating circumstances?

Hi, i’ve tried them several times, they’ve advised me to fill out a form which i’ve done, but I got an autoreply saying it’s 28 working days for a reply. I’m flying in 4 days.
