Priority! What a total joke @Ryanair - pay extra for bags and boarding and you just let everyone on at once. Chaos! Seriously what is the point. I know your customer service being bad is all part of your brand strategy, but at least respect your own overpriced products!

Great customer service - no response within 45mins! Additionally we are still delayed at Mallorca. Coming up to an hour, can you inform me how I claim compensation for this delay and also claim the additional charge I will have from airport parking?
