@Ryanair Hi, I flew with you today and I now have a damaged lock on my bag meaning I can’t get into it. Apparently I had to report it to you at the airport, but I had 2 mins to get the bus to catch the last train due to rail strike. Help?

I get that but thought you might be kind with the circumstances. It was the last bus to catch the last train due to a rail strike. Is there no give at all?
