Yes this was the response and it’s was well over 28 days to which the cheque was supposed to have arrived but no cheque! Why can’t anyone give me tracking number or pay straight into bank to stop the delay?! Or indeed has a cheque been sent??

Can you give me a direct contact to who deals with the claims please if you cannot help me! This is now getting ridiculous that no one is accountable and no one will give me a direct answer to where the money has gone or if it has been sent what is the tracking information?
