My wife claimed for 2 cases which were ruined on your @Ryanair flight from Palma to Newcastle. We went to the baggage department at Newcastle showed then the damage, then went through the process. This was on 13th April and we’ve still had no reply of yourselves.

I have my customer reference number if that speeds things up? Like I said we spoke to the baggage handlers then went through the process over 2 month ago with no reply. We don’t have receipts for our cases as ones a year old and the other is a few years old.
