It is good to blame another por the delays. What about yours in paying compensations? More than one month later still wating for your ANSWER after 5.5 hours delay in my flight.

The sms or email came after the original time of the flight. Last friday our flight was delayed 7 hours and nobody from your staff say anything. Also when i try to enter to the website to complain this page is out of service.
