@Ryanair I have just purchased a flight a few hours ago and the price has now dropped. This is awful customer service. I should get a refund of the difference

Yes but your website also says prices go up and to book early. So for doing that I get penalised. 1 seat left at this price means the price will go down? Not good service. So much for your new customer proposition.
