.@Ryanair won’t be able to make our flight from Porto 13/6/18 due to train strikes and currently in Lisbon. Really don’t want to be charged for not making the flight. Advice?

Really annoyed at your customers service. Being told we’d receive a refund on flights and now being told we can’t. There was a train strike in Portugal last week. We physically couldn’t of made our flight. Being told “we sympathise with your situation” yeah that’s makes it OK.
