@Ryanair Extremely disappointed with your service yesterday on GLA-STN 2050. Late, no ground staff to meet us but worst was customers (including pregnant lady) had to wait over 1hr for luggage to arrive without any explanation from either you or @swissport. Is this acceptable? No
