@Ryanair My family and I waited for our flight, which was delayed for over an hour with absolutely no updates or information from your staff. After waiting for an extended period of time, our flight was cancelled with very little to absolutely no offer from Ryanair staff to help.

Absolute joke my parents are stuck in wrocklaw, ryan air text this morning at 9:15am telling them the flight was cancelled, absolute disgrace still no idea why.
