I’ve now sent umpteen DM’s which “couldn’t be read”, then told to ring Customer Services. Can’t get through there as on hold and it’s 13p a min which I’m not prepared to sit and wait and pay. Live chat is never available and no one is replying to my DMs again! Please update me
