@Ryanair Can you tell me why when I had a 3 hour delay on my outbound flight and a nearly 5 hour delay on my return flight, we were not provided with any food or drink? You even had the cheek to charge £2.80 for a bottle of water on my return flight!! #poorservice

To quote your own passenger rights (above) this does not explain why I didn’t receive any food or drink and I was charged for a drink on the flight! At the very least you could have given these for free!!!
