@Ryanair Hello I have tried to reach Ryan Air customer service several times by e-mail regarding a payment issue. Is it normal for it to take countless weeks to receive a response? Anyone else have these issues? @BBCBusiness
Hi,as we already stated to complete the contact form and a customer service agent will be in touch,we cannot declare if you will get a refund, we advised you in how to complete the form, which we have seen in the booking you have completed.
