@Ryanair your customer services are dreadful at best; emailed as hospitalised from 10th may suffering pneumonia and septicemia so obviously couldn't fly as planned on the 11th and basically told tough! Any help would be appreciated??

Yes, that was the reply/link from my first email followed by a refusal of refund, I had scanned the paperwork from the hospital to send as proof of my illness but never got that far as to be asked for it!
