My flight cancelled even though only SOME airport staff will be on strike between 13.00 and 17.00. Flight wasn't due in until after strike over and no help from your help desk. No doubt you'll be arguing not to pay for my alternative flights with a proper airline

Yes had email (day prior due to fly)- your staff are a disgrace. Terrible attitude. offering flight 3 days later is a joke. No offer to sort alternatives as per T&C’s. more stress, travelling &more damn awful in flight service from the miserable lot you seem to enjoy employing!
