Flight cancelled 36 hours before departure. Applied for reimbursement and no confirmation email. Live chat customer support unavailable. Call Centre at 2,50 Euro per minute. May I simply ask you why am I going through all this? May I have my reimburse confirmation email?

Cancelled mine 36 hours before departure. In the time taken to get through lost alternative flights with another airline so no help there. No doubt will try and wriggle out of paying compensation. Won't use again
