This standard statement does not compensate our expenses by far. If you are unable to offer an alternative flight, what do you expect from your passengers who want to go home? To pay the rest themselves?

We have not received any response from you in this matter and we urge you to comment. The offered compensation of 250 euros per person does not cover nearly the costs incurred. Ryanair has made a commitment to us at Marseille airport that all costs will be reimbursed!
