The most DISGRACEFUL service I've ever experienced @Ryanair tried to check in multiple times this week on the app which doesn't work. Arrive at the airport with multiple people saying the same thing and then a £55 charge to check in. Absolute disgrace!

Please read above. Tried checking in via the Ryanair app 3 times over a week. The app didn't let me check in. I get to the check in desk where 15+ people were complaining the app wasn't working and you charge me £55 to check in!?

I understand from speaking with your staff that you refunded everyone the previous day because the app wasn't working, but didn't do so the next day. Unnaceptable when it is the airlines fault and nobody could check in. A full refund is needed if I'm to use your airline again.
