My parents got stranded in London last week, all passengers told to leave the airport meaning they're not Ryanairs problem & not liable to pay compensation. Disgraceful treatment & disregard for customers

Really? I use Ryanair all the time and am happy to, generally, get what I pay for but wasting time and money making this rubbish is hardly good pr.

Ryanair never fly! Their core business is selling tickets, not taking off, not returning the money, if they can help it and never paying compensation. Go for compensation, Claim4Funds to it for me, but you can also try
