Great, thanks for that. The claim form is for longer than 3 hrs. We were stuck in Dublin for 3 hrs but the pilot made up a few mins in the air, arriving with 15 mins to spare. Car hire pick up was missed and had to be rebooked. No water or refreshments given on plane. Is this ok?
