Still trying to get ahold of @Ryanair after my horrific experience travelling last week from Stansted to (supposed to be Hamburg) Berlin. So frustrated that they split up my travel group and made us pay £100 for a new flight to a different city in Germany

This wasn’t a weather disruption, this was one of your employees preventing us from dropping our bags within the specified timeframe and splitting up our travel group, and thus making us miss our flight, which is in your control. Advise on refund receipt?
