Here's one from TAP since you cancelled my flight OPO-STN less than 2 hours before departure, and then told me I may as well whistle for me €231.49 because I'm not getting a penny. Forgot to mention that your next available flight from anywhere in Portugal wouldn't have left until today. Appreciate it wasn't your fault, but I know damn well that easyJet, BA, TAP etc would not have left us stranded with no assistance whatsoever -only told that we would get 0
