@Ryanair Hi, I made a complaint on 23rd of April. Your website states complaints are looked at within 7 working days. I have chased this on two occasions to be told, it will be escalated with a response in two working days each time. Still nothing. Can you please help?

Many thanks. Can you tell me why my complaint was not dealt with until now? My complaint was sent to you guys on April 23rd and chased on May 17th! However it is only now been escalated?
