@Ryanair Hi, I made a complaint on 23rd of April. Your website states complaints are looked at within 7 working days. I have chased this on two occasions to be told, it will be escalated with a response in two working days each time. Still nothing. Can you please help?

Hi my booking reference was PMQIUB. Please DM for any further information. I spoke to Susan today in your contact centre agent number 280955. This is further to me speaking to one of your Staff on May 17th. Each time I was assured my query would be resolved in 2 working days.
