Hi Monica, seats are allocated at random at the time of check-in, therefore we cannot guarantee you will be seated together unless you choose to sit together at the time of booking. AR

I know that, thank you for the useless answer! But it seems that your algorithm to allocate seats "randomly" manages to seat 2 people traveling on the SAME booking 10 rows apart from each other and strangely enough both in middle seats. I repeat

And, this random allocation of seats causes delays as people travelling together are swapping seats and thus delaying take off!!! Sort it out
