29 May – Adverse Weather Disruption at Stansted: Due to adverse weather conditions around Stansted some flights are currently experiencing delays and we regret we have been forced to cancel a small number of flights.

All affected customers have been contacted by email and text message and advised of their options: a full refund, rebooking on to the next available flight or transferring to an alternative flight.

The weather may be beyond your control but your mobile app is. And it fails with "site can't be reached" when I try to change my flight.

Sorry some rain resulted in cancellation of so many Ryan Air flights. Was lightning targetting your aircraft? I feel sorry for tiny handful of staff that had to deal with 100s or thousands of passengers told to leave airport or rebook non existent flights on bottleneck service.

Just want to say a quick thank you to Ryanair crew for a fab flight to Baden Baden on Thursday 24 May. Lightning and thunderstorms were forecast in Baden Baden but missed us – we were lucky to fly in clear sunny skies.

Hi Carolyn, thanks for the feedback, hope to see you on board again soon! AR
