2 hours waiting at the gate, @RyanAir Cpt. Yari Franciosa misses the take-off slot. Adds another hour of waiting but blames @STN_Airport | 3 hours delay and the airline still has the audacity to charge passengers for food and drink—which we have to get up and get ourselves.
