    Enjoyed speaking with about the farm bill & our hemp regulatory plan. The farm bill calls for a licensing program and already has one. We submitted our plan yesterday, making Kentucky FIRST in the nation to submit a plan.

    Kentucky farm cash receipts expected to tick up to $5.7 billion for 2018. Of course this doesn’t include valued added which contributes to our $45 billion impact on the Commonwealth’s GDP.

    A great day for farmers, ranchers, foresters & producers, as 's signature on the 2018 is a Christmas present to American agriculture. Farmers take financial risks each year, so having a Farm Bill gives them peace of mind to make decisions for the future.
