To be fair, isn’t the general view on supercentenarians that they probably have a genetic edge enabling long lifespan despite suboptimal lifestyle? For the rest of the population there *may* be things that extend healthspan/lifespan, not saying it justifies crazy expense though.

I'm a big fan of the "Drink a Dr. Pepper" Elizabeth Sullivan who lived to 106. I work in home health though and haven't seen a lot of good things happen after 85 so, you know, I hope I go out before my quality of life sucks.
