It goes by county, not by the state.

As of 6 am this morning they said there was 25,000 left and they should be done counting by noon. Two hours later it turned out several counties had misreported the number of absentees left by 25,000 to 35,000.

Oh c'mon Ryan. This is beneath you dude. They didn't "find" ballots -- there were tens of thousands of ballots (some from military voters!!!) that hadn't been counted yet. Everyone knew this was coming. All you had to do was follow GA politics and pollsters.
