I count them too ;) I have to say that it's actually 200th ATTEMPT of a flight to the ISS, since 5 of those 200 flights failed before reaching it, it would be the 195th mission in support of the ISS program (build, maintain, etc...) once it reaches the ISS (I'm sure it will!
) -
IMHO, that logic confuses the record. All failed missions should be counted as launched to "build and maintain" the ISS, otherwise we risk to whitewash history.
